Remember the first snow of the year? Well, it seems that we are very likely to experience it all over again soon. According to NetEase, a blast of glacial air has arrived in Shanghai, with snowy weather to ensue this coming weekend.
You might have noticed that the temperature already took a nosedive over the past 12 hours. To make things worse, the mercury will keep dropping over the next few days. On Friday, the lowest temperature is expected to descend to minus 1 degree Celsius (30.2 degrees Fahrenheit).
On Sunday December 30, that is, the first day of the New Year's Holiday, rain and sleet weather are predicted for most areas of Shanghai. As is reported by the Weather Channel, the cold front won't lose its grip on us until next Thursday. Here's a glimpse of the weather forecast for the following days:
