Jun 21-27: Speckled Frog Family Music & Movement Classes
Speckled Frogs is a music and movement class for children aged 6 months and upwards. Children are encouraged to sing, dance, play with instruments, toys and a parachute, learn to interact and share with each other, and of course blow lots of bubbles!

Jun 24: Water Music Workshop
The Water Music Workshop is for kids aged from 6-16, created by the Oscar and Grammy-winning composer Tan Dun. Every Saturday, kids can discover different ways of using water in performance and explore unique Ming-meets-Bauhaus architectural features of the performance hall. It will flex their creative muscle and create a fun atmosphere for them to further understand the intimate relationship between nature and music. Felix, an American-born teacher, will offer the workshop and guidance in both English and Chinese.

Jun 24: A Thousand Roads: Hyperboilc Singers Perform Chinese Pop Classics
Performed in conjunction with ShanghaiPRIDE, the Shanghai Hyperbolic Singers will hold a concert in which they perform classic Chinese pop songs. Expect to hear their renditions of beloved songs like Red Bean, Flowers of the Sea and Dreamchaser. All songs are arranged by Peter Zhao.

Jun 25: Shanghai in Action Adoption Day
This Sunday will be the Ninth Shanghai Adoption Day event hosted by Shanghai in Action. The organization supports the "adopt don't shop" movement and hosts events every month to find forever homes for abandoned pets. On the day, you will win prizes for scanning QR codes and will see all the adorable pets available for adoption. This Sunday’s event will take place at Paradise Walk in Hongqiao, adjacent to The Hub. To register and adopt, follow dudu-sh on WeChat.

Jun 25: 'Stars & Stripes' Celebration
Uncle Sam is turning 241 this year, and The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai is throwing an Independence Day 'Stars & Stripes' Celebration on June 25 at the InterContinental Shanghai Expo. Everyone's invited! This yearly celebration is a must-attend family event chock-full of indoor and outdoor family games and activities. There will be a kiddy land, live performances, lucky draw and of course, food and drinks from some of Shanghai’s top restaurants.
