Oasis International Hospital is offering a free childbirth workshop with discussions led by professionals from their OB/GYN, anesthesiology, and pediatric departments.
The two sessions will be covering pain management in labor and delivery, labor positions and breathing practices, baby basics, tips on breastfeeding, and ways to keep active during pregnancy.
