David Ingram, Founding Headmaster at Dulwich College Shanghai Minhang, recently had the pleasure of presenting at the 2016 Education Forum in Shanghai where he shared two of his favorite topics to an audience of parents and journalists.
The first topic was about preparing our students for the challenges of tomorrow’s world. The second topic was about innovative curriculums and experiences both inside and outside the classroom. The talk delved into issues such as giving students the opportunity to explore what interests them and providing students with opportunities to demonstrate ownership, confidence and communication.
Heather Pineda, Dulwich College International’s Director of University Counselling, also spoke and shared her firsthand experience of what universities look for during the admissions process. The last speaker, Richard Scott, Director of IE University talked about the demand for students to have entrepreneurial spirit and a global perspective.
At Dulwich College Shanghai Minhang, the academic team will work continuously to encourage and promote creativity, innovation and teamwork as core life skills for our students’ future success. This is David Ingram's vision for the school. If you would like to know more, then please contact us at admissions@dulwich-shanghaiminhang.cn or telephone (86 21) 6248 2088.
