Once a year, we gather to recognize those who have truly made their mark on the city’s sports scene; they're our friends, our family and, occasionally, our rivals.
This year's annual That's Shanghai and The Camel Sports Awards have opened new categories for Under 18s (those under age 18) players, coaches and teams of the year. Although we have closed submissions for the general categories, we are still accepting nominations for the U18s until January 25 with voting starting February 1.
If you would like to submit a player, coach or team for the year, please send over your nomination with a 75 word description and photo to laurenhogan@urbanatomy.com no later than January 25.
The Camel and That’s Shanghai Sports Awards are in the books for February 16 starting at 7pm, which will include celebration of sport, winner's announcements, and a raffle fundraiser for the Baobei foundation. To learn more about the event, head here.
