寒食节:在夏历冬至后105日,清明节前一二日。是日初为节时,禁烟火,只吃冷食。并在后世的发展中逐渐增加了祭扫、踏青、秋千、蹴鞠、牵勾、斗鸡等风俗,寒食节前后绵延两千余年,曾被称为中国民间第一大祭日。寒食节是汉族传统节日中唯一以饮食习俗来命名的节日。
Cold Food Day: the 105th day after the winter solstice and one or two days ahead of Qingming. At the very beginning, it was a festival day on which no fires were allowed to use so the people then could only eat cold meal. In the development of later generations, customs such as tomb offerings, spring outings, swinging, Cuju (ancient ball game), tug of war and cockfighting were gradually added. Cold Food Day has lasted for over two thousand years, and it used to be the first memorial day in the folk world. Cold Food Day is the only traditional festival of the Han nationality named after food customs.
《望江南·超然台作》是宋代文学家苏轼的词作。此词上片写景,下片抒情,通过描绘春日景象和作者感情、神态的复杂变化,寄寓了作者对有家难回、有志难酬的无奈与怅惘,同时表达了作者豁达超脱的襟怀和“用之则行,舍之则藏”的人生态度。
'Looking over Jiangnan on Terrace Aloft' is a lyric written by Su Shi, a litterateur of Song Dynasty. The first half of this lyric describes the scene and the second on his personal thoughts. By depicting the spring scenery and the author’s sophisticated changes on emotions and manners, the poem consigns his helplessness and thin hope for home reunion and realizing his ambition. Meanwhile, the lyric also expresses his open-minded and detached personality and his attitudes toward career life that should be ‘fulfilling if appointed, and negligible if not’.
望江南·超然台作
春未老, 风细柳斜斜。
试上超然台上望, 半壕春水一城花。
烟雨暗千家。
寒食后, 酒醒却咨嗟。
休对故人思故国, 且将新火试新茶。
诗酒趁年华。
