China-based French photographer Benoit Cezard has created an interesting photo series that has already gone viral on Chinese social media.
Cezard is convinced that by 2050, China will be the “premier economic superpower” and western immigrants living in China will have to take up blue-collared jobs.
The photographs depict his idea of the future of westerners living in China, 40 years from now, where they will be filling the roles commonly performed by poorer Chinese migrant workers such as construction workers, cab drivers, ayis and road cleaners.
