In Manila, Philippines, Rowden Go a 29-year-old found out he had stage IV liver cancer in May 2014. Stage IV cancer is one the most aggressive and victims face a very low chance for survival.
Go’s only wish was to marry his girlfriend in a church surrounded by family and friends, including their 2 year old daughter. The wedding was initially supposed to take place in July, but due to Go’s diagnosis the date was brought to an earlier time.
Since Go was unable to move, the church brought the wedding to the hospital.
Go died only 10 ten hours after saying “I do” on June 11, 2014, he is survived by his wife, Leizel May, and daughter Zakiah Rowzel.
