Some rules of the game:
- Tell everyone you know!
- Don’t hit innocent bystanders who are not holding water guns/balloons
- Only use multi-coloured water guns (no black or lifelike guns)
- Don’t hit people with video cameras
- Avoid wearing yellow flags, or anything else that could possibly be viewed as controversial
- Have lots of fun!
