Priced at RMB198 per person, Puben's 'Flavours of China' 4-course brunch invites diners to experience the best regional cuisines from all corners of the Middle Kingdom. The appetizers give a hint of local ingredients from east, west, north and south, and the generous dim sum selection allows you to select two Cantonese-inspired snacks. The main course encompasses a range of poultry, meat and seafood, and dessert seals the meal with refreshing scents of flowers and fruit. When set against a sweeping view of the Pudong skyline, brunch at Puben will surely be a meal to remember!
'Flavours of China' brunch at Puben is served 11.30am-2.30pm. Optional free-flow wine, beer, or Puben's tea-cocktails is priced at an additional RMB128. Note that kids under 8 eat for free.
