Bo Shanghai and its sister nightspot, Daimon (located next door) are celebrating Valentine's Day with set menus, making for a perfect evening of dining paired with beautiful Bund views of Lujiazui. Bo Shanghai’s ‘Butterfly Love Story’ menu encapsulates China’s very own Romeo and Juliet saga: Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai. THE CUT Steak and Fries
The casual steakhouse at IAPM will serve its ‘Beef My Valentine’ menu of contemporary fare, perfect for relaxing the night away. Starters include duck liver foie gras, dark cherry purée and yellow fin tuna avocado tartare, followed by main courses such as pan seared lobster, cauliflower purée lobster bisque and slow cooked black angus beef tenderloin with honey mustard alongside “Lady Asia” panna cotta.
