Salted Goji Berry Chocolate:
Ingredients:
1. 16 ounces of dark chocolate (or 16 ounce mixture of cacao butter and raw cacao powder in a 4:1 ratio of butter to powder)
2. ¼ cup vegan creamer or coconut milk
3. 2 tbsp coconut oil
4. ¼ - 1/3 cup Goji Berries
5. Himalayan or Sea Salt
Instructions:
1. Melt chocolate in a double broiler. Whisk in creamer and coconut oil until fully combined.
2. Spread chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pan. Top with berries and sprinkling of salt (to desired taste).
3. Let the chocolate harden slightly before cutting into pieces of desired size.
4. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour until hardened all the way through.
5. Enjoy!
