Reputedly the largest climbing locale in Guangdong province, Xiantong offers both wall climbing and rock climbing excursions, including a 15-meter ascent (classified as difficult) and six 4-meter bouldering options that meet international standards, as well as a 13-meter speed route.

Oriental Climbing Club 东方攀岩馆
Located in Overseas Chinese Town (OCT) and boasting a panorama of Window of the World, ascensionists have 20 different choices to match their personal skill level. These are available via three climbing walls, one each at 5 meters, 8 meters and 15 meters. Both indoor and outdoor facilities are provided.

Qingtian Rock Climbing Club 擎天攀岩俱乐部
Built in 2006, Qingtian is the largest facility of its kind in Guangzhou. With 300 square meters of standard outdoor climbing walls, including cliff and other types, and 150 square meters of standard indoor climbing walls, it is easily the city’s most popular club. It is also regarded as the most professional in Guangzhou, with training from pros available.

Olympic Center Climbing Club 奥林匹克体育中心攀岩俱乐部
With six 22-meter artificial rock faces, Olympic Center Climbing Club boasts the highest man-made climbing walls in China. Three types of structure allow beginners, intermediates and experts to discover their ideal route to the top.

Kailas 抱石馆
Unlike other venues with their all-gray equipment, Kailas offers a bit of glam with colored walls. Established three years ago, it is more than just a place with climbing and bouldering walls – it also rocks a bouldering equipment shop and is a great place to meet other similarly inclined hobbyists.
