Based out of Shenzhen, Indier aims to break new ground in outdoor and experiential education. Offering programs which combine environmental projects, service learning, adventure learning, urban discovery and cultural experiences, all Indier activities give participants insight into themselves, each other and the world around them. Safety is a priority, and Indier’s instructors are passionate, experienced, well trained and all are certified by National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). All speak English and possess first aid certification, with many also being qualified Wilderness First Responders. Trips run in Guangdong, Guangxi and Zhejiang provinces, and all adventure activities aim at the novice to beginner level, with options for increased difficulty. Participants can interact positively with their environments on courses which include camping, swimming, rock climbing, multi-day treks and much more.
Costs vary according to trip, but range between RMB500 to 700 per day. Visit www.theindier.com.cn (0755) 8382 9601 or nihao@theindier.com for more information.
