Rainy day? Stuck with your kids inside your house? Don’t let this stop you from doing something fun! Here are some ideas for a great time indoors!
Pizza Time!
Have a pizza party with your kids. Invite your neighbor’s kids and their friends to come to the pizza party. Grab lots of different ingredients and get the kids baking. Pop the pizzas in the oven set the timer and wait for the pizza’s to be done. The kids then enjoy the pizza eating with their hands. This is a great way to keep them busy and it’s a lot of fun for them!
Movie Night
Although TV watching shouldn’t be overdone, a nice kid’s movie won’t do any harm. It’s a great way for the family to connect and spend some time together. Have some popcorn with the movie to make it even more entertaining.
Game Night
Do it the old fashioned way! Get hold of a board game, whether it’s a new one or an old favorite and play with your family. Board games never get old especially if you haven’t played them in years! Make some snacks and drinks to make it more amusing for the family.
Make your Own Magazine
Cut out pictures, ads and features from old magazines as well as drawings and self-written content. The kids can glue everything on papers – colored or plain is up to you – and create their own new magazine. It’s easy to do and very creative.
Robot Design
Design your own robot by using old cereal boxes, toilet rolls and tin foils and let your kids’ minds get creative. Add more details to the robot by attaching buttons, ribbons, string and so on to get a cool homemade robot.
