If you are looking to make something a little more healthier try the Blueberry Crunch:
You will need:
1 cup plain yogurt
½ tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup quick oats
1 tbsp flax seed powder
¼ cup blueberries
Directions
Combine vanilla with the plain yogurt in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add oats and flax seed and continue mixing while slowly adding the blueberries.
You can do two things with the blueberries: mash them or leave them slightly chunky once mixed
Spoon mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone mat and freeze for 2 hours before serving.
Makes approx. 12 frozen yogurt cubes
