David Kim found him under an apartment complex and decided to call him “Lucky”. Lucky is very friendly, responsive to training and is fully house-trained. He knows how to sit, lie down, come, stay, and fetch. He also even gets along great with other people and animals.
He is healthy and in the process of getting all his shots and treatments, all of which are already paid in full.
Bottom line, he just needs a good home.
