In conjunction with three top international schools in Shanghai and the InterContinental Shanghai Expo hotel, we invite all families to join this festive event over the weekend of Saturday March 31- Sunday April 1.
Don’t miss your chance to attend our complimentary workshops presented by educators from the Shanghai Singapore International School, Harrow School Shanghai and British International School Shanghai (BISS). Keep a look out for further Urban Family posts this week on how to register your attendance.
The workshops for the Young Scholars’ Day will deliver a myriad of valuable information on topics such as early years education, debating, mathematics and technology.
Before the workshops commence, it’s time to indulge in the delicious brunch delivered via an array of food stations throughout the restaurant. Start with the salads and seafood, then move on to a large selection of hot and cold dishes including Japanese, Western, Chinese and Indian cuisine. Finally, what all children will have been waiting for, the ultimate dessert buffet with a chocolate fountain, cakes, sweets, fruits and of course, flavored ice-cream with a delicious assortment of toppings.
There will also be enough entertainment for all children to enjoy. We will have a bouncy castle, rope jumping and football, along with the always popular face painting, a clown performance and egg art, plus a toddler play area for the little ones. Finally, before the workshops begin, our Easter egg hunt will have all children running around in excitement.
The brunch commences at 11:30am and concludes 3pm at the Café 1188, Hotel Villa and Garden, InterContinental Shanghai Expo, 1188 Xueye Road.
Tickets are priced at RMB428 (adult) RMB214 (child aged 4-12).
